Who we are
Kestrel Home Search is a small team based at 4401 Airport Way S, Seattle, WA 98108. We publish a plain-English guide to the websites people use to find homes and rentals in the US, and we offer search assistance. We are a search-assistance service, not a real estate brokerage.
Contact: [email protected] · (206) 623-5734.
How we write the guide
We read each service’s own pages, check independent reporting, label third-party figures and date every page. We do not rank services. Details: Editorial Policy.
How we are funded
We offer search assistance, with any fee stated in writing up front. No website in the guide pays us. We pay to advertise this site. See the Advertising Disclosure.
