What we collect
What you give us. If you send a request or message we receive your name, email address, the phone number if you add one, your search details (such as area, budget and whether you want to buy or rent) and anything you write. Please do not send passwords, Social Security numbers, bank or card numbers.
Collected automatically. Our servers log your IP address, browser type, pages requested and time. If you arrive from an ad, we receive information such as the campaign that brought you. With cookies, our advertising and analytics tools may collect similar technical data (see the Cookie Policy).
How we use it
- To reply to your request and carry out the search help you ask for.
- To run, secure and improve the website and to prevent spam and abuse.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
- To meet legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and we do not use your request details for unrelated marketing.
Who we share it with
Service providers that help us run the site and email (hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising measurement), only as needed for those services. If you ask us to contact or pass your details to a licensed broker, we share what you ask us to share with that person. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
How long we keep it
Search requests and messages are kept for as long as needed to help you and for a reasonable period afterwards, normally no longer than 24 months unless the law requires longer. You may ask us to delete them sooner.
Your choices and US privacy rights
Depending on where you live (for example California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Washington and other states), you may have the right to know what personal information we hold, to access, correct or delete it, and to opt out of the sale, sharing or targeted-advertising use of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To use a right, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity, and you may appeal a decision by replying to our response. We do not discriminate against people who use their rights.

Security and children
