No. Large portals, local listing services, brokerage sites, auctions and county records each show a different set. That is why the guide compares them.
Are Zillow and Trulia the same company?
Zillow Group owns Trulia, HotPads and StreetEasy, as of this writing. Their listings often overlap.
Who owns Realtor.com?
Realtor.com is operated by Move, Inc., a News Corp subsidiary, under a license from the National Association of REALTORS®.
Who owns Redfin?
Rocket Companies completed its acquisition of Redfin in 2025.
Are you Realtor.com or connected to it?
No. We are an independent company and are not affiliated with Realtor.com, Zillow, Redfin or any other site we describe.
Are you a real estate agent or brokerage?
We are a search-assistance service, not a real estate brokerage. For offers, negotiation and contracts, use a licensed agent of your choice.
Does it cost anything to ask for search help?
Sending a request is free and creates no obligation. If there is a fee for the service, we tell you in writing before any work starts.
Do you work outside Seattle?
We search remotely using public listing sources, so we can help people looking in many US areas. Tell us your area and we will say whether we can help.
What do you do with my details?
